Let the Cook School team at Brennans design the perfect night out for you, we create fun, delicious and unusual events that are not only suitable for Staff Nights out but also perfect for Birthday Parties, Hen or Stag nights, corporate entertaining or even just an evening out with a group of friends.
Menus are designed with our chef to suit your specifications also Wine and cocktails can be provided.
We can do various styles of evening depending on your requirements.

Suggested evenings are :
Demonstration only evening
This evening is one where are chef will demonstrate the pre designed menu showing you how to prepare all the dishes selected giving you hints and tips along the way, then you get to taste all the dishes prepared. Recipe packs and Canapés are included on arrival and questions and queries welcomed through out the night.
How it works
Students arrive 15 minutes before class begins and are greeted with canapés and drinks. A quick discussion about the evening’s menu and knife skills takes place. Cookery demonstration starts, you watch and then eat.

Hands-on/demonstration evening
This evening is designed to help bring out the chef in you and your team, as well as watching our chef you will be invited to help prepare the dishes that you will taste at the end of the evening, our chef will also give tips on knife skills. Recipe packs and Canapés are included on arrival and questions and queries welcomed through out the night.
How it works
Students arrive 15 minutes before class begins and are greeted with canapés and drinks. A quick discussion about the evening’s menu and knife skills takes place. Students doing hands on class will be given aprons and knives. Together we will cut and chop the food (not fingers) required, help to get it cooked and at the end of the evening eat it all.

Steady ready cook
This evening is designed to help bring out the creative side of you and your team. As well as the usual demonstration and hands on, you and your group will be divided into teams, each team will be given a mystery bag of ingredients to design a dish. Our chef will judge the results and prizes will be given (losers get to wash up ha ha). Recipe packs and Canapés are included on arrival and questions and queries welcomed through out the night.
How it works
Students arrive 15 minutes before class begins and are greeted with canapés and drinks. A quick discussion about the evening’s menu and knife skills takes place. Students doing hands on class will be given aprons and knives. We will start with our mystery bag competition then together we will cut and chop the food (not fingers) required, help to get it cooked and at the end of the evening eat it all.

The chefs table experience
This evening is designed for our school to become corks most exclusive restaurant. Once the menu is arranged and designed (3, 4,or 5 course) our chef will show you how to prepare each course and then you experience each course. This evening can also be paired with wine. Recipe packs and Canapés are included on arrival and questions and queries welcomed through out the night.
How the evening works
Students arrive 15 minutes before class begins and are greeted with canapés and drinks. A quick discussion about the evening’s menu takes place. Cookery demonstration starts, we then proceed to eat as you would in at any chefs table watching the food prepared in front of you.

About our Cookery School
Our cookery school is a fully equipped kitchen with 5-ring gas burner, induction hob, electric ovens and grill, fat fryer, fridge freezer etc
Hands on class students will use wooden boards; professional chef knives and have there own workstation area. Our chef will give one to one tuition and tips.
